Enrollment & Registration

At Clearfield Alliance Christian School, we are committed to providing not only a private education but a distinctively Christian education for your child. We seek to partner with families who are like minded spiritually, supportive of our academic philosophy, standards of education, and emphasis on personal responsibility and moral character.

Rolling Admissions 

We offer rolling admissions throughout the year. Incoming students may be required to complete an entrance test to assess their grade level and academic abilities. Please note, we do not accept students with a history of consistent behavioral issues. 

Public Enrollment for the 2026-2027 School Year

• Enrollment opens: February 1, 2026
• Kindergarten Registration Day: February 20, 2026

To begin the enrollment process, please click below to complete the online registration form. Once your form has been submitted, our administrative team will contact you to schedule a tour and assessment for your student. 

Scholarships are available based on financial need. To apply for a scholarship, families must first be registered. The scholarship application deadline is at the end of May for the upcoming school year.

Thanks to the generous support of our donors and extensive fundraising efforts, CACS is able to offer highly competitive tuition rates. We provide a tiered tuition structure to make our education more accessible, particularly for larger families. 

Individual & Multi-Student Tuition Tiers for 2025-26:

• 1 Student $4110
• 2 Students $5755
• 3 Students $7260
• 4 Students $8035
• 5 Students $9150

Additional Fees:

• Registration Fee: $100 per family
• Book Fee: $200 per student 

Book fees are due by May 31, 2025. A $25 late fee per student will apply to book fees paid after this date. The book fee covers the rental of school-owned textbooks and the purchase of student-owned materials.

Important Notes:

• Tuition and fees are non-refundable.
• Families who pay tuition in full by August 31 will receive a 10% discount.
• Families who receive WPA Scholarship Funds are ineligible for other discounts (e.g., Pay-in-Full, Pastor, etc.).

FACTS Management Payment System  

Clearfield Alliance Christian School partners with the FACTS Management System for all tuition payments. All families are required to create a FACTS account. To set up or access your account, please click here.
